Problem is, she didn't find them the least bit exciting. Was she cold or a she-wolf for guys? Colin thought so, and he'd do anything to bring her
down a peg or two. When these two collide on the sandy beach during their mixed up summer vacation, sparks fly, making this a summer neither will forget.

Author Info:

LM. Preston was born and raised in Washington, DC. An avid reader, she loved to create poetry and short-stories as a young girl. With a thirst for knowledge she attended college at Bowie State University, and worked in the IT field as a Techie and Educator for over sixteen years. She started writing science fiction under the encouragement of her husband who was a Sci-Fi buff and her four kids. Her first published novel, Explorer X - Alpha was the beginning of her obsessive desire to write and create stories of young people who overcome unbelievable odds. She loves to write while on the porch watching her kids play or when she is traveling, which is another passion that encouraged her writing.

Interview with L.M. Preston

1. First off, pepsi or coke? Answer wisely! lol

Pepsi, it has more of a fuzzy bang than coke.

2. What inspires your writing?

My kids. I have teenagers in my house that constantly desire to read my books and be a part of the process of my writing.

3. Do you have a routine or any quirks that you HAVE to do before you can write?

I do tend to eat a LOT of chocolate, listen to music and write wherever I am.

4. What are your guilty pleasures?

Traveling, dancing with my kids and singing karaoke.

5. How do you handle rejection and/or bad reviews?

I’m an engineer by day, so I’m used to rejection and bad reviews, lol! But I usually pick out what is realistically useful and try to improve my craft.

6. Any words of advice for aspiring writers?

Don’t give up, continue to strive for improvement, join writers groups, learn this business inside and out. Never give up on your writing, remember it’s for you.

7. If you could live in any period of time when would it be and why?

In the future :-D it keeps getting better with all the scientific advancements. When I was younger we didn’t have the world wide web and I just don’t want to repeat that.

8. What is coming up next for you?

I’m working on my 2014 releases. Editing of Wasteland (book 2 in my Bandits series) and writing Deviant Storm (book 2 in my Purgatory Reign series). Also, the last book in the Summer Luv series, Double Trouble Luv. Lastly, finishing off the final book in my Explorer X series with Explorer X-Beta. So, I’m way busy!

9. If you could live anywhere in the world where would that be and why?

Hawaii, Hawaii, Hawaii! I love the sunshine, beaches, beautiful scenery and the people.

10. Any last thoughts, words of wisdom etc you would like to share?

Never take ‘no’ as your final answer. Always seek to find your own pathway to ‘Yes!’ a Rafflecopter giveaway
